We are looking for Design Sales Advisors in our next new location in Palm Beach. The selected candidates will be responsible for contributing to ARCA's success by structuring, projecting, and executing action plans that allow them to meet the sales budgets. Additionally, you generate consultative sales to architectural firms, architectural project developers and end clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Researches and analyzes markets to understand consumer trends and find consumer needs.
• Visits architects, designers, and developers to expand network of clients.
• Reviews and study project characteristics and needs.
• Calculate project requirements such as material quantity, sizes and total square footage.
• Capacity to manage design projects from the starting idea to the end of development.

Additionally, we believe that you have:

• Ideally at least 2 years of experience with farming and hunting positions
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Industrial Engineering, Design or similar.
• Genuine interest in design and architecture with a strong sales focus.
• High customer orientated, teamwork, critical thinking, planning, high negotiation, communication, and strategist skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Management of Oracle or SAP desirable
