Professional will work with the People and Culture team to enhance and design the next generation performance management process for leaders and practitioners in the firm.

Required Skills: Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the People and Culture team to understand the current performance management process and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry best practices in performance management design.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance the performance management process, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and objectives.
• Design and create tools, templates, and resources to support leaders and practitioners in effectively managing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the performance management process meets the needs of various stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to leaders and practitioners on the new performance management process, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management process, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance management design, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of performance management theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance management software is preferred
