Overview Sales and Design Consultants meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in our custom products and services. They provide design advice, take measurements, and help guide the client from their first consultation through California Closets' professional installation. Our Middle Tennessee team has been transforming closets, garages, pantries, wine bars, guest rooms with Murphy Beds, laundry rooms and more for over 25 years. We are looking for self-motivated, driven, direct sales orientated individuals to deliver a superb, interactive in-home customer experience! The ability to be creative, yet meticulously detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship Team player with the ability to manage a portfolio of projects and clients of different complexity in a dynamic environment Proactively pursue referrals and repeat business Superb references from previous employers Experience measuring closet systems, cabinetry, etc.
