Product Design Coordinator - Rugs

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Review all incoming e-mails and organize project list.
  • Maintain reference binder for special projects.
  • Help organize presentation boards and assist in the preparation of meetings.
  • Create and maintain quality swatches for running lines & new introductions. Develop, update, and maintain organized and accurate Tech Packs
  • Track, check and deliver daily packages from vendors.
  • Review all received samples, accurately measure and match back to Tech Pack/CAD. Communication with our overseas teams on construction and workmanship details
  • Help to maintain an organized workspace by labeling, bagging, and/or hanging samples.
  • Assist with planning and execution of showroom “Looks” and Textile shows.
  • Maintain photography supply for “Looks” and Textile Shows
  • Create and update technical flats and/or CAD artwork.
  • Work with the packaging team to develop labels, trims, and hangtags as needed.
  • Assist in research of seasonal trends, themes, colors, and trims.
  • Collaborate with others in a manner that creates a culture of mutual respect and builds partnerships with people across divisions and functions.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Software proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office
  • Organized, highly motivated, pro-active, multi-tasking/time management, and enjoy working.
  • Work well under pressure and with multiple project deadline.
  • Excellent organization with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Language: Bilingual preferred; at a minimum, the ability to understand and to make oneself understood in Spanish
