As a leader in the industry, we are dedicated to providing a 5-star client experience in design and sales through client education, accurate measure/design and follow through. If you are passionate about cabinet sales and design and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Follow up on inbound leads within 2 business days of “New Lead” and qualify themPursue new business while using proven Cabinet IQ sales modelUnderstand client design requests and work with them to set an initial budgetDesign extraordinary kitchens for customers by understanding their needs and providing solutionsEnsure accurate representation of Cabinet IQ products and servicesMaintain all contacts using internal CRMDaily maintenance of current customers and prospectsProvide in-home consultations to measure, discuss client wishes, and offer professional opinionsProvide accurate designs and proposals and follow up to overcome purchasing hesitationsOrder cabinets and countertops post invoice paymentStay current on industry trends and product knowledgeDesired Experience:5+ years of experience in cabinet sales and designProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of CAD software and design toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentRequired Experience:2+ years of experience in cabinet sales and designProven experience with design software (additional training can be provided)High School Diploma or equivalent minimum educationAbout Us:Cabinet IQ has been a trusted provider of high-quality cabinets for over 7 years.
