This leader will be part of creating the comprehensive enterprise-wide design strategy to grow and evolve our digital people experiences. In addition to being a thought partner to our business, engineering, and product partners, this leader will help set the standards for consumer-grade tools and experiences for our associates across campus and field populations. This role includes leadership, hands-on design and design direction, and growth of a team of designers in this area.In this role, you will employ your depth of knowledge designing enterprise software and services to make the complex simple, clear, and trusted.
