The Role Accountable to oversee transitioning new and changed services into supported environments, including release planning, building, testing, evaluation and deployment. Transition of all services into production (Operate, Optimize, etc), and ensure both customer and Lumen have what is needed for success. Ensures that activities related to this tower are accomplished in accordance with defined policy and procedure, both from customer and Lumen. ? ? The Main Responsibilities + Coordinates with Service Design leader to ensure all design intent is accounted for and business value realized? + Primary interface for service operation team to intake the new service? + Transfer of services, control risk and possibility of failures. ? + Responsible to provide overall planning for service transition and coordinate the resource that they require.? + Plan and coordinate resource and activities required to delivery the service to operation?. + Ensure adoption framework is created, understood and transitioned to operations. + Identify, manage and control risks related to the service design and operation requirements?. + Responsible to implement the service transition plan to operation.
