Job Summary

The Technical Support Infra Design Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth operations for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical problems, managing user accounts, deploying software applications, performing maintenance on hardware and software, and delivering training and documentation to enhance user experience and adherence to organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

•Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

•Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and software applications.

•User Account Management

•Manage user accounts and permissions in Azure Active Directory/Entra ID and other relevant systems, including Cloud-based technologies.

•Application Deployment and Management

•Deploy, configure, and update software applications and operating systems on end-user devices.

•Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.

•Hardware and Software Maintenance

•Perform routine maintenance and updates on end-user hardware and software.

•Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.

•Documentation and Training

•Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

•Provide training and guidance to end users on effective technology and software use.

•Deliver exceptional customer service and support to end users, ensuring timely solutions.

•Communicate effectively with end users to understand their needs and provide prompt assistance.

Required Qualifications

•Experience in technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

•Familiarity with user account management in Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.

•Proficiency in deploying and managing software applications and operating systems on end-user devices.

•Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance procedures.

•Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience with Cloud-based technologies and applications.

•Ability to create technical documentation and user guides.

•Background in training end users on software and technology use.

Certifications

•ITIL Foundation (preferred)

•CompTIA A+ or similar technical support certification (preferred)

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: CompTIA A+ , ITIL ® 4 Foundation - IT Service Management Certification
