Assistant Sales and Design Representative

A full-service custom granite and marble fabrication company is expanding its staff and seeking an Assistant Sales Representative for our team. Our company is built on providing quality stone designs, products, fabrication and installation services. If you have a strong sense of interior design and a desire to satisfy a customer, you may qualify for this position.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales staff with customers.
• Greet walk in customers and share the capabilities of our business.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team. 
• Interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Share design concepts and ideas with the Sales team and customers.
• Keep current on changing products and markets.
• Work with management to improve marketing, business development, and service to customers.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have a year of experience in interior design and sales experience. Formal education or training in design is a plus.
• Adaptable and inquisitive manner to support the Sales staff.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Support the Sales staff by answering phone calls, processing sales orders data entry into the business systems.
• Excellent MS Word and Excel skills.
• Must be a self-starter and able to take initiative
