Responsibilities:- Responsible for providing administrative support to a senior community manager
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and phone calls
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
- Communicating effectively with clients, and team members
- Utilizing clerical skills to maintain office operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adobe
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus but we will train the right candidate
