Job Description - Senior Business Solution Design & Delivery Manager (25AAOT25D20241010)Senior Business Solution Design & Delivery ManagerLocation: Hartford, CT | Chicago, IL | Toronto, ON | Dallas, TX | Atlanta, GAAs AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the role holder will drive cross-functional/cross-BU programs in solution design and delivery. Building on knowledge of processes and systems, they will partner with business units, IT, and other functions to ensure the successful roll-out of initiatives.Responsibilities:Process Design and Implementation: Effective and efficient use of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to define and analyze current processes and refine/design future processes, including identifying training and documentation needs and implementing sustainable improvement.General Solution Design: Identifies business solutions to a variety of business problems by understanding and synthesizing business problems, conducting analyses, and documenting deliverables.Project Related Design Definition: Define and document high-level target design and business outcomes, ensuring all impacted functions and processes are considered in the project.Change Management: Applies Change Management tools and methodologies to various projects, managing adoption and transition to BAU.Product Ownership: Expert on specific applications/functional processes, providing advice and developing solutions on system capabilities and processes.Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and lessons learned on program executions among Business Solution Design Managers.Independent Work: Expected to work independently to drive and deliver solutions on programs with some oversight from Practice leaders or assigned project coaches.Qualifications:Certified BB / MBB from a recognized program with a proven track record of successful application of tools and techniques.Extensive experience in driving programs in the insurance industry and international environment.Experience in consulting roles with tools and techniques for status assessments, solutioning, visualization, and implementation.Effective Change Management skills with experience in assessing change impact.Robust capabilities in documenting, visualizing, and presenting design decisions and progress status.Influential collaborative skills and experience in cooperating across multiple teams/stakeholders.Good analytical/conceptual skills complemented with effective social/soft skills.Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills.Analytical and creative mindset.About AXA XL:AXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
