Product Designer Job at Robert Half in Pleasanton

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced UX Designer to help define and shape the future of Workday’s digital marketing web experiences. 

What you’ll do:

• Develop and improve user experience across Workday’s digital marketing web experiences like workday.com
• Partner closely with stakeholders to document requirements and guidelines
• Work iteratively and collaboratively with user researchers, UX designers, UX writers, and engineers

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of professional experience designing simple, intuitive, and modern web experiences
• Deep understanding of UX thinking, best practices, and standards
• An outstanding portfolio with examples of your work, process, and results
• Holistic and user centered perspective
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to present your ideas
• Experience with Figma and prototyping tools

Nice to haves:

• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience working in the Enterprise/B2B software space
• Familiarity with the Workday brand and products
