Job Requirements:

The individual must be trained, experienced, and proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT with at least 5 years of experience. Working within the building construction engineering/building systems field is required with a focus on HVAC, process, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines. Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines with minimal daily supervision is a must. The successful applicant must have a valid driver's license, be willing to to drive to client sites in the greater New England/Northeast region, pass a background check (as may be required by our clients), and have good math, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Self-motivation is key.

Job Description:

The position involves designing and detailing HVAC, process, plumbing, and fire protection building systems on AutoCAD and/or REVIT, performing building systems surveys (including on active construction sites) utilizing Trimble scanner and BIM software, supporting engineering staff, and collaborating with your team to deliver successful projects.
