Global Manufacturing Company looking for an Instructional Design Specialist for their Cranston, RI location. Must have 3+ years of Instruction Design experience and Cornerstone/Greenhouse software experience.

• Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate for designing instructional materials
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud as a design tool
• Knowledge in using Adobe Dreamweaver for web design purposes
• Familiarity with the use of Articulate Storyline for creating interactive learning materials
• Experience in using Articulate Studio for e-learning content development
• Must have a strong understanding of AB Testing
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and its application in instructional design
• Experience in developing and implementing Blended Learning strategies
• Ability to create clear and concise Deliverables
• Experience in creating e-Learning Modules for various platforms
• Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand learning management system
• Experience with Greenhouse software for tracking learning outcomes
