Senior UX product Designer Job at TEKsystems in Boston

Top Three Skills:Top 3:
• Sr. level (~6-10 years) product design with both web and mobile experience 
• Information architecture and interaction design experience
• Ability to analyze business problems and craft the correct response 

Job Description: The work will be both web and mobile applications with 80% being customer facing and 20% B2B. This designer must be able to use their broad design skills and user behavior insights to understand the objectives and goals of the business. This means, the designer must be able to work with the product team to understand the product capability and the technology team to identify enablers and constraints. 
The UX team is at sits entirely in Boston with other members of the team with different skill sets dispersed between Boston and Hopewell, NJ. There are 4 UX product designers on the team right now, and they are looking to expand to 10 designers by the end of the year. The reason being is that there is a large influx of work coming in at the new year and they need a team in place ready to take on the bandwidth. This is not a project-based contract with the end of the contract coinciding with the end of a specific initiative. Instead the team will work on multiple projects simultaneously. The hiring manager has flipped a few members of his team so far, and he will consider this for new members, but it is unlikely everyone will be flipped. 
In-house or Agency background is fine, if they have worked on both web and mobile applications and not just marketing landing pages, SEO's etc. The hiring manager is looking to build a diverse team of talent to approach complex problems from different angles. Visual design experience is not going to be a key differentiator as a Sr. designer will have this already in place. Development/UI/Front End experience is not needed.
