Seeking a long term contractor to join an Enterprise UX team in support of their Merchandising initiative

Our client is an 88 Billion dollar company and leadership plans to reach 110 Billion as a company by the end of 2017. To reach this goal they realize it will not be by opening hundreds of new stores or hiring additional store associates, this goal will be reached by company strategy and providing exceptional customer experience. To achieve this, the Enterprise UX team must enhance the usability of the current software and applications in place to drive customer engagement and make their current workforce successful. 

Day to Day: This team starts the day collaborating as a research team. This collaboration session is primarily to define patterns and see what the team is working on that specific day/week, this is a very informal open collaboration session.The team then separates to the specific Lead/Managers they are aligned to and will do a stand up for the project they are working on.

If the Enterprise UX Team is not successful in creating a more user friendly (Human Interaction Focused) product for their internal associates they will ultimately lose revenue due to disgruntled store customers who's needs are not being met in a timely fashion, this not only effects the bottom line but also the retention of customers.
