In the office, we aim to create a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to work together to problem-solve for our clients.Position OverviewSaylor seeks a social forward, entertainment marketing obsessed, Graphic Designer to execute creative projects with a high level of design expertise. This role requires a seasoned professional who can seamlessly integrate sophisticated design solutions with strategic marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional social/editorial instincts, solid brand identity understanding, and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.The Graphic Designer will work closely with Saylor’s Sr. Designers, Art Director, and Associate Creative Director to manage the day-to-day design needs of specific agency clients. They will be responsible for researching/educating themselves and junior members of the Design Team on our client’s visual goals, building and pitching artistic directions internally, and executing comprehensive design needs for campaigns.You will work across platforms, art styles, and a diverse set of client needs. We are looking for a passionate designer who is able to communicate effectively and foster a positive work environment.Location and SalaryThis is a full-time, exempt role with a salary range of $75-90k depending on experience. We offer employees the flexibility to work from home Monday through Friday. We believe that allowing you to choose the environment where you work best will enhance your productivity and impact.There will be occasions when in-office presence, at either our Echo Park HQ or a client’s office, is required based on the needs of specific accounts. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling and still provide you with your “flex days.”Responsibilities:Design Execution: Develop and implement visual elements across various media, including digital, social, OOH, and more, ensuring all materials are visually engaging and on-brand.Project Management: Oversee multiple assets from conception through completion in collaboration with cross-functional team members.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the ACD/Art Director and cross-functional team members to ensure design specifications are met and client visions are brought to life with high creative standards.Innovative Practices: Stay on the pulse of industry trends and integrate new design technologies and methodologies to keep the agency at the forefront of design innovation.Qualifications:3+ years of graphic design experience in a role within a creative agency in the entertainment sector, or other fast-paced, high-volume environment.Must be comfortable with motion graphics.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design technologies.Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of creative projects.Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.A strong eye for visual composition and a deep understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.Experience working in a diverse range of mediums, formats, and projects.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401k, generous vacation, and great opportunities for growth within the company.Saylor is an equal opportunity employer.
