Remote work is not available.We welcome your interest in employment with our family-oriented organization where we proudly offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and centrally located branches.Summary:As the Graphic Designer at Founders Federal Credit Union, you will work closely with other members of the creative team, creating visually compelling marketing materials to enhance our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives.Responsibilities and Duties:The Graphic Designer will design creative material for all Founders Federal Credit Union products and services.Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics for a variety of media, including digital ads, social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, and website elements.Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.Task Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through completion, while meeting deadlines.Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative team and other departments to understand design needs and deliver solutions that meet objectives.Creative Development: Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional materials that effectively engage and inform our members.Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and ensure final outputs meet high standards of quality.Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visual communications remain modern and effective.Comply with Founders' policies and procedures, as well applicable laws, regulations, and statutes issued by federal agencies such as NCUA and FFIEC, including, but not limited to, GLB and BSA. Employees have legal and regulatory obligations to respect and protect the privacy of information and its integrity and confidentiality.Perform all other duties as assigned.Specifications:Graphic Designer must possess creative design, copy writing and editing skills. Thorough knowledge of composition, layout, graphic design and printing processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must take initiative, work independently and be able to work with a variety of styles and technologies. Must be highly motivated, self-driven and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Multimedia experience preferred.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, visual arts, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the financial services or similar industry.Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software.
