Job Title: Instructional Designer S
Supporting duties: Content Creation & Technical Writing
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6-month contract + potential extension or conversion
About the Role: Our client, a leading retailer based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a skilled Content Creator / Instructional Designer / Technical Writer to join their team for a 6-month project assignment. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and enhancing training materials that facilitate effective learning for both in-person and virtual training sessions related to equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and edit instructional manuals, how-to guides, videos, and other supporting documents to effectively communicate complex technical information.
- Lead the document overhaul phase of the project, focusing on the development of training materials tailored to three exposure points: Virtual, Interactive, and On-the-Job.
- Design and produce asset-specific materials, including Support Guides, Virtual Training Decks, Interactive Leader Guides, and On-the-Job checklists.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure all documentation meets project requirements and quality standards.
- Perform additional related responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills:
