The company also provides recreational quality water for artificial beaches, urban lagoons, wave pools, and surf parks, as well as ultra-pure and potable water for a variety of uses.VVater is looking for a Graphic Designer / Swiss Army Knife, a candidate with many different skills and abilities.Job Description:VVater is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various of our platforms. From concept to execution, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs. For VVater it would be combining art and technology, with the use of various design elements to create distinctive visuals for our clients. Staying on top of cutting-edge technology and design trends will make working in this evolving industry an exciting and challenging environment.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with project objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product managers, and executives, to understand project goals and requirements.Develop visually striking graphics for a variety of channels, including digital platforms, print collateral, packaging, and promotional materials.Implement innovative design concepts while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to established style guidelines.Effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.Provide timely updates on project progress and communicate any challenges or adjustments needed to meet deadlines.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all design work reflects and reinforces the company's brand identity and messaging.Collaborate with the marketing team to evolve and elevate the visual aspects of the brand over time.Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards before finalizing and presenting to stakeholders.Address and resolve feedback from stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.Maintain verbal and visual brand standards while tailoring visual and written responses for large B2B clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's design in Graphic Design or a related fieldProven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.Time management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with HTML and CSS preferred.Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and webExperience with both print and digital media.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.****** As a part of our process to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of all applicants, assessment tests are required as part of our recruitment process.
