This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading & authentication, vaulting, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.Role DescriptionArena Club is seeking a highly talented and creatively driven Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of a brand that's revolutionizing the collectibles market. As a key member of our dynamic marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling and engaging content across a variety of digital platforms, from emails and banner ads to social media assets. Your work will not only reflect the innovative spirit of Arena Club but will also play a critical role in driving our brand forward.Key Responsibilities:Design & Innovation: Create visually stunning and on-brand emails, banner ads, and digital assets that captivate and engage our audience.Brand Identity: Be a driving force in evolving and maintaining Arena Club's brand identity across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and visual impact.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals, and collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate those objectives into creative and effective designs.Optimization: Ensure all designs are optimized for various devices and platforms, delivering a seamless experience to our users.Trendsetting: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance our design quality continuously.Project Management: Juggle multiple projects with ease, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative Contribution: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input and new ideas that push boundaries.Asset Management: Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring easy access and retrieval for the team.Strategic Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of design strategies that align with Arena Club’s business goals and market positioning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design skills.Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a solid grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Experience designing for digital platforms with a strong understanding of responsive design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.Meticulous attention to detail with a refined aesthetic sense.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.Bonus points for knowledge of HTML/CSS, email marketing platforms, video editing for social media, or packaging design experience.Personal Attributes:A creative thinker with a genuine passion for design and innovation.Adaptable and eager to learn new skills, tools, and techniques.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for thinking outside the box.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting deadlines while delivering top-tier work.Ability to receive constructive feedback gracefully and apply it to refine your work.Being an avid sports fan or having a passion for sports cards (or TCG) is a significant plus.Why Join Arena Club?At Arena Club, you’ll be part of a team that’s not just following trends but setting them.
