What youll be doing:

Own the product layout and design system, creating intuitive, visually engaging experiences for technical users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate customer needs into innovative, user-friendly designs.
Develop and manage design systems and component libraries, ensuring a cohesive product experience.
Utilize tools like React and Framer Motion to create advanced UI/UX, animations, and responsive designs.
Actively contribute to in-person brainstorming and team-building sessions, bringing a hands-on, collaborative approach to our NYC office.

Requirements:

3+ years in interaction design, UI/UX design, or information architecture within SaaS environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, including micro-interactions, animations, and implementation details.
Experience with React, Framer Motion, and builder tools like Figma, Retool, or Webflow.
Understanding of modern web technologies, from HTML/CSS/JavaScript to API and API authentication.
Ability and enthusiasm to work on-site in NYC.
