Multidisciplinary Designer Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and versatile Multidisciplinary Designer with advanced skills in digital, print, and 3D design to bring our beauty brand’s creative vision to life. This role demands a creative thinker with strong technical skills, including expertise in SketchUp, who can seamlessly produce high-quality work across a range of platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at translating brand guidelines into compelling visuals, blending innovation and precision to drive brand consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Print Design ProductionDevelop and produce engaging graphics for a variety of digital and print media, including web, social media, email, POS displays, and packaging.Lead projects from concept through to completion, creating visuals that embody the brand identity and meet campaign goals.Ensure consistency across digital and print platforms by following brand guidelines closely and adapting as needed.3D Design & VisualizationCreate detailed 3D renderings for in-store displays, product mock-ups, and retail environments using SketchUp and other 3D software.Bring product displays and spatial concepts to life through 3D models that align with brand aesthetics and enhance the consumer experience.Collaborate with production teams to integrate 3D assets effectively into physical and digital presentations.Collaboration & Cross-Functional SupportWork closely with the Creative Director, product teams, and marketing to understand project objectives and ensure alignment on brand strategy and execution.Partner with designers and copywriters, providing insights that enrich visual storytelling and elevate project outcomes.Facilitate project meetings with relevant teams to streamline communication and enhance collaborative workflows.Technical Precision & Production ExpertisePrepare digital and print files for production, ensuring that all specifications are met and assets are optimized for quality.Manage color profiles, resolution, and output requirements for a seamless transition from digital designs to physical products.Coordinate with external vendors to produce high-quality print materials and collaborate on 3D production requirements as needed.Project Management & OrganizationHandle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines and maintaining quality across deliverables.Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring all project milestones are met while adhering to brand standards.Maintain a structured system for file management, making assets accessible to cross-functional teams.Technical SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling.Familiarity with additional 3D software like Blender, Rhino, or Maya is a plus.Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of digital, print, and 3D production requirements.Preferred SkillsAdvanced typography, branding, and visual aesthetics, particularly within the beauty or lifestyle industries.A portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary work across digital, print, and 3D that showcases brand consistency and creativity.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in a mid to high-level graphic design role, preferably with exposure to the cosmetics or beauty industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong time management and organizational skills with a graphic design mindsetAbility to thrive under deadlines and in high-pressure situationsAccept direction with an impeccable attention to detail and and appreciation for aestheticsExcellent communication and teamwork skills with a graphic designer's collaborative spiritA portfolio showcasing your best workIf you are an imaginative Multidisciplinary Designer with a solid background in print, digital and 3D design, particularly within the cosmetics or beauty industry, and you're ready to bring your design prowess to collaborate with the Creative Department, shaping our brand's visual identity, we encourage you to apply for this thrilling opportunity.
