The Design Team leads Anduril’s brand identity, visual communication, photography and video, and industrial design. Our purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.As a Brand Designer, you will evolve the visual language of the brand and create original breakthrough creative for various touch points by iterating on ideas and finding compelling visual solutions. If you are an artist at heart and passionate about bringing ideas and stories to life, then this role is for you.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Bring Anduril’s brand and products to life through distinct, impactful, cutting-edge creativeDevelop creative across print, digital, OOH, webContribute to design inspiration, critiques, and discussionsWork cross-functionally with comms, design, marketing, and business lines to explore creative opportunities and maximize impactNavigate ambiguous and complex topics and arrive at creative solutions by driving an iterative and collaborative processThis role reports to the Creative Director, Brand Design and is responsible for executing on projects from concept to deliveryREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion DesignA portfolio that demonstrates refined work across multiple mediums from print to digitalDeep understanding of design fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, and compositionFluency in motion software a plusA strong visual communicator with the ability to articulate concepts to the teamA passion for crafting distinct, breakthrough creativeStrong and concise communicator and ability to follow processesMust work on-site at HQ in Costa Mesa, CAUS Salary Range: $114,000 - $171,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
