Description

Celsius is in search of a highly skilled and creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of high-quality work, including animation and video edits. The ideal candidate must be ready to tackle each project with enthusiasm and a positive outlook. Expertise in motion graphics and animation is essential. Familiarity with a wide range of multimedia skills such as: 3D design and animation, photography, and videography, is a significant bonus, as well as having a “can-do” attitude about learning new skills and techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually captivating and engaging multimedia content that resonates with our brand and captivates our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Creative team to comprehend objectives and requirements
• Conceptualize, plan and execute multimedia projects, predominately animation and video edits that align with project needs
• Utilize diverse and cutting-edge animation techniques to enhance the quality and creativity of the content
• Create and integrate motion graphics and animations into video and multimedia content as required
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Multimedia production and editing
• Ability to utilize templates, presets, and expressions to efficiently increase our of animation
• Organize and manage project files and assets efficiently
• Continuously enhance animation production quality by experimenting with innovative approaches and techniques
• Enthusiastic about teaching co-workers basic After Effects animation techniques and abilities

Education and Qualification:

• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional multimedia work·
• Experience in animation, motion graphics and video editing
• Expertise in Adobe Creative, particularly After Effects & Premier
• Knowledge of file formats, codecs
• Familiarity with various Multimedia, such as stop-motion or GIFs
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with the team
• A meticulous eye for detail and excellent organizational skills

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
