Our company's leading wine brands include Stella Rosa, San Antonio, San Simeon, Maddalena, and Highlands 41.Riboli Family Wines seeks an independent and self-driven graphic designer to create eye-catching graphics for print, digital, and promotional use for our California estates wine division. We are looking for an individual who is open to new ideas and comfortable leveraging both traditional and new media. This person will collaborate with fellow creatives and the REG marketing team on many big and small projects. This person will need to be able to prioritize and work independently as well as follow brand guidelines.This is a full-time on-site Monday-Friday position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Key Responsibilities Conceptualized and develop designs for various print, digital, and promotion needs. This may include (but is not limited to): point-of-sale materials, sell sheets and presentations, flyers, digital ads, billboards, and PowerPoint presentationsMaintain consistent branding and messaging across all related mediums of a brand; follow and maintain brand identity standardsDevelop graphics and/ or brand image that is relevant to the target consumer and platform.Develop product illustrations, logos, and icons when neededPrep files for production (in-house printing or sending to 3rd party vendors)Participate in meetings - presenting projects for feedback and offering feedback to othersCollaborate with other graphic designers to build creativity and inspiration; collaborate with marketers to get details of the project including a copyBe organized - name and file working and final files appropriately so they're easy to locateRequirements Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience; experience in CPG preferredHave wine knowledge/interest (do you know what vintage is?
