We represent one of the world’s most innovative companies and serve an engaged global community, so we aim to inspire them with every project, no matter the size.What you’ll do:Collaborate with a diverse mix of creatives and producers to craft best-in-class marketing work across a wide range of verticals, disciplines and markets.Collaborate closely with the creative team to adapt and expand upon key art from project kick off to mechanical delivery.Help implement and maintain our file structure system, asset library, and review process.Able to maintain pixel perfect spec delivery under tight deadlines and pivot between platforms with ease.Be a role model to fellow designers on the team, and help develop, nurture and grow the talent of jr designers.Help grow and develop the team's creative culture.Communicate with producers, design leads, and other creative team members to support a range of design requests including layout, photo retouching, UI design builds, versioning, production prep, asset management as assigned, etc.Partner with other production designers to manage time and resources effectively to create a diverse scope of deliverables.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:A strong maker with meticulous attention to detail that’s passionate about designing for a range of different mediums.Deep understanding of the principles, and technicalities of graphic design (i.e., color theory, typography, composition, accessibility, optimization for different mediums etc.)Able to take design concepts and ideas and transform them into a wide variety of functional design templates.Passionate about design best practices and is always searching for better ways to execute design work.Able to digest and prioritize design feedback in an effective manner.Able to develop and upkeep a well organized structure for working files and asset libraries.Manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to make quick, high-quality decisions based on evolving project needs and creative goals.Thrive in a collaborative environment, but can also work autonomously with strong time management skills.A strong interest in new and emerging technologies as well as their unique design principlesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience5+ years of experience working in production / studio design.Hands-on creative with demonstrable experience working as a production designer (in-house, freelance or agency)Highly proficient in InDesign, Figma, Keynote, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Triple Triangle.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a Google Suite lead project environment a plusAfter Effects, C4D and Frame.io knowledge a plusExperience creating brand identities and style guides a huge plusIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScV7t31iR3yYR9ztGDHJpbvL63svWpb6s0afkBkLEjGnDx4Kg/viewform) ."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.
