Job Title: Instructional Designer

About the Role:We are seeking a creative and skilled Instructional Designer with a passion for designing impactful learning experiences and expertise in Articulate 360. You’ll work with subject matter experts to craft engaging, interactive e-learning courses and training tailored to diverse roles across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Design & Course Development

• Apply the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model to design instructional materials and dynamic learning experiences.
• Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, as well as other tools in the suite.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment of training content with organizational goals.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to define learning objectives and performance outcomes.
• Create and update project documentation, such as storyboards, course outlines, and design documents.

Collaboration & Alignment

• Work closely with the training team, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives and learner needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and solid knowledge of the ADDIE model.
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Familiarity with Moodle LMS.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare or a related industry.
• Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
• Proficiency with additional e-learning and multimedia tools.
