Job Description

Pay Range: $83,100 - $94,300 / annually

This role provides the potential to work fully remote within current Chuze markets!

The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective learning experiences for employees across Chuze Fitness. Collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SME) and the rest of the Learning and Development department, this role will create innovative and impactful training solutions aligned with the goals of the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Build creative and engaging learning materials, including e-learning courses, interactive tutorials, and live training sessions
• Design and develop various instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, job aids, and assessments
• Create and edit visually engaging assets such as illustrations, infographics, icons, and images to support department-specific and company-wide learning objectives
• Develop and maintain brand identities to ensure consistency across Chuze learning modules
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the effectiveness of learning materials
• Conduct regular club visits to understand training needs, best practices, and Chuze culture
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop instructional objectives
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Proactively research and stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends in instructional design and e-learning practices and philosophies
