Follow @abbvie on X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Tik Tok (https://www.tiktok.com/@abbvie) .Job DescriptionResponsibilities:•Create digital and print materials: infographics, trade show graphics and interactive experiences, journal ads, banner ads, user interfaces, emails, websites, interactive PDFs, and more•Collaborate with writers and creative manager to visualize complex data•Partner with web developers and video editors to create interactive materials•Conceptualize and execute materials that meet brand standards•Complete projects started by other designers or partner agencies•Develop creative solutions within the confines of FDA regulations•Source stock photos and video footage•Present to large teams and articulate design decisions clearly•Set priorities with project managers to meet critical deadlines.QualificationsQualifications:•Education + experience: Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, or related discipline; 5+ years’ experience developing professional digital and print materials; strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and related expertise•Technical skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD; awareness of trends in graphic design, packaging, digital and print technologies•Soft skills: High degree of initiative to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment; ability to absorb and respond to constructive feedback and turn projects around quickly when off course•Portfolio: Must provide samples of work to be considered•Experience creating websites in Adobe Experience Manager•Experience creating websites in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Dimension, creating emails in Knak and SFMC Email Builder, creating digital mockups and retouching photos in Photoshop.•Pharmaceutical experience: working in a highly regulated environment•Ability to work overtime when needed to complete time-sensitive projects.Additional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
