Surveyor / Designer Job at AM Technical Solutions in Lehi

We are looking for an energized and motivated Surveyor, preferably with with REVIT Design experience, to join our team in Lehi, UT! This person will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, creating detailed designs, and collaborating with construction and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both surveying and Revit design, with a focus on precision and detail in high-tech manufacturing environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
Surveying:

• Conduct precise land, building, and topographical surveys using modern surveying equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS).
• Prepare survey data, maps, and reports for semiconductor facility construction and expansions.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure survey data meets project requirements.

Revit Design:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models in Autodesk Revit for semiconductor facilities, including clean rooms, equipment layouts, and utilities.
• Ensure models adhere to industry standards, client specifications, and local regulations.
• Update models as construction progresses to reflect as-built conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleanroom design, mechanical and electrical systems used in semiconductor facilities.
• Experience working on large-scale semiconductor projects.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety requirements (e.g., OSHA, SEMI standards).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
• Proficiency in modern surveying techniques and tools (GPS, total stations).
• Familiarity with construction processes and semiconductor cleanroom environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in both design and surveying.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in surveying and Revit design, preferably in high-tech or industrial environments.
• Experience with semiconductor facility design and construction is a significant plus.
