Please note that this is a full-time, onsite position, with some flexibility on work hours.

Structural Revit Operator Responsibilities:

Job tasks will include rapidly developing structural building information models (BIMs), annotating plans and details, creating three-dimensional renderings, rationalizing geometry for appropriate structural schemes, and assisting with creating structural narratives. As a BIM/Revit Operator, you will be collaborating with the BNI project manager and under the direction of the BIM/Revit Director.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years experience with REVIT structure.
• Experience in creating structural drawings preferred.
• Ability to work under the direction of engineers and REVIT Manager to develop the structural model.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive and team oriented.
• 40 hours per week min. plus flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
