Job Title: Freelance Designer – Beauty & Fashion

Location: Hybrid in El Segundo, CA (3 days onsite/week)

Duration: 2+ Month W2 Contract

Pay: $60-$65/hour

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves working closely with the team to develop content direction and creating high-quality designs, including advertising, packaging, digital assets, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop content direction and create design concepts based on briefs.
• Produce designs for various materials (advertising, packaging, digital, etc.) to promote brand image.
• Use design tools like Figma and Lytho to create high-quality visuals.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry as a designer.
• Strong passion for beauty and fashion design with impeccable attention to detail.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of packaging production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.

Additional Information:

• This is a freelance contract position with flexible scheduling. Typically, you will work 1-2 weeks, followed by a week off.
• Extension of the contract may be possible, but it is not guaranteed.
• Experience in beauty and fashion is highly preferred.
