LEARNING DESIGNER DATA/ANALYTICS
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience using learning experience platforms (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
Experience conducting learning needs analysis
Experience leading project teams and providing individual
-level support
Knowledge of Learning Experience Platforms
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Data/Analytics position
- Lead analytics solutions for complex business problems and learning activities
- Build complex data sets from multiple data sources, both internally and externally
- Partner with Information Technology to optimize and enhance the database environment for optimal efficiency and best practices
- Help develop and implement analytics solutions to disseminate data and analysis to reduce risk and enhance operational and people-focused capabilities

Responsibilities:
The Sr. Learning Designer (LD) Data/Analytics applies instructional design and adult learning principles and strategies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables. The LD creates deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle including analysis documents, design documents, storyboards, and final learning deliverables that align to the overall business goals. The LD collaborates effectively with peers, leaders, and business partners to translate business requirements into learning requirements and project scope, build learning solutions that align to desired outcomes, and ensure learning deliverables meet and exceed Delta's quality standards. Ability to utilize design tools in order to create interactive training.
Here are some of the duties Instructional Designers can be expected to perform:
Define and document learning objectives.
Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.
Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.
Design content to optimize learning.
Generate the layout of the learning supports.
Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner's needs.
Create visual, audio and interactive learning tools.
