You should be passionate about improving the meeting experience with great software workflows for installing, managing, and operating conference rooms. You will join an experienced and dynamic team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver customer experiences from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate complex workflows into intuitive, and functional user interfaces on web and IoT platforms.This is a remote based position.Base Salary Range $108,000 - $153,000The above reflects the pay range that QSC reasonably expects to pay for this role. This pay range also depends on various factors such as job duties and requirements, relevant experience and skills and geographic location. In addition to the base salary range, QSC offers a comprehensive package including but not limited to health benefits, 401K or Roth retirement plans, generous time off and profit sharingResponsibilitiesDirect the user experience, workflows, and visual appearance of Q-SYS unified communication products. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and customers to create amazing user interfaces in web applications and device front panel displays.Design and implement elegant software UI solutions to complex workflows.Create conceptual wireframes and user flow diagrams to solidify design direction.Guide the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to inform workflow design.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications A bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design or a related area.5+ years of work experience as a UX/UI Designer.Capable of leading UI design for a product. Big picture thinking and strong collaboration skills required.Experience with design thinking and user-centered design methodologies, and knowledge of when to use them.Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.Experience conveying designs in stories, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.An excellent candidate will have experience in one or more of these areas:Professional audio, video, and control products and systemsMonitoring and Management platforms for IoT devicesDeep experience with unified communication applications (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)Need help finding the right job?We can recommend jobs specifically for you!Click here to get started.
