OverviewPlacement Type:TemporarySalary:$ 38.96 - $ 44.96 hourlyStart Date:11.18.2024We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer for our Global Professional Services client. This specific Senior graphic designer will be working on proposals, pursuits, and presentations for our business development team and needs to be skilled in using PowerPoint. This will be a 6-month engagement working full-time hours remotely starting in the middle of November. The client is looking for candidates based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, and Minneapolis.ResponsibilitiesConduct design consultations while navigating conversations with knowledge and insight toward business solutions.Consult with internal clients to cultivate and maintain strong relationships.Collaborate with art directors, cross-disciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to develop and execute compelling design solutions and engaging ideas rooted in strategy that moves business forward.Leverage your proven ability to articulate ideas and implement advanced creative solutions for multifaceted design projects.Exhibit business acumen, create innovative design solutions, and keep abreast of industry trends.Develop and co-develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas that are persuasive and inclusive.Conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business objectives while offering elevated client and team experiences.Design clear and visually compelling pitches and presentations that effectively communicate our client's brand messages across various media platforms, with an emphasis on PowerPoint.Mentor creative project team members in developing conceptual skills and providing constructive feedback to implement the project vision.Act as a project manager for your assigned projects creating timelines and estimates to align with internal client's budget.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related discipline or equivalent work experienceCreative digital portfolio demonstrating outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills, including compelling visual presentationsFive-plus years of related experience as a senior graphic designerExperience working in a fast-paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment to develop a range of creative initiativesAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plusStrong knowledge and skills in designing interactive and static presentationsAbility to understand the internal client's vision through active listening, advanced communication, and diplomacy with business partners, project owners, managers, and internal team membersAbility to develop creative briefs, mood, and image boardsAbility to strategize and lead ideation sessions with creative colleagues and clientsSound business acumen to adapt while working alongside client-serving professionalsExcel at managing multiple projects, prioritizing milestones, and influencing clients and design colleagues to deliver desirable solutions within time frame and budgetAbility to initiate and successfully engage in creative ideation sessions and design sprintsAdvanced technical understanding of digital media and print design in-house and with vendorsWillingness to accept administrative responsibilities such as project management and internal client communications along with creative development and designThe ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to deliver exceptional results within strict deadlines.The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $38.96 to $44.96 an hour.
