Every day.CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking an Athletic Facility Designer to join our Commercial & Institutional - PM/CM Team at our office in Bethlehem, PA.YOUR IMPACTCHA is committed to delivering on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects, working closely with owners throughout the process to ensure success. We provide the necessary tools and skillset to effectively manage construction projects from schools and apartment buildings to municipal buildings and warehouses.The Athletic Facility Designer is responsible for site/civil design or sports facilities and sports complexes. The professional in this role provides field surveys, conducts topographic surveys, performs land development and architectural concept plans and performs the design and construction administration for athletic projects including synthetic and natural fields and support facilities, school campus concept plans and architectural space planning.At CHA, you can build a career and find your passion across our diverse business lines and project teams. Find your "why" at CHA!REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture required Minimum of 3 years of related professional sports design experience required Registered Landscape Architect preferred Experience with storm water management design and permitting Strong design and problem solving skills Experience with parks and outdoor recreation facilities preferred Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment with teammates in multiple offices Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills Ability to travel to multiple job sites is requiredSALARY RANGE:$76,000 - $95,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.CULTURE/EEO STATEMENTAt CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
