We are a full-service Interior Design Firm located in Downtown Hudson. Our projects range
in scope, scale and budget with diverse aesthetics and locations. We specialize in high-end
residential interiors in new construction, renovation and complete home furnishings. Our curated,
collaborative team of designers and support staff provides integral interior design with award-winning
customer service.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic
team in person. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of high-end residential design
experience and a strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design styles and technical skills. This
role requires a solution-based thinker who can problem solve and manage multiple projects while
maintaining a meticulous attention to detail with the ability to lead others and represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supports leadership team in maintaining the integrity of brand aesthetic and technical
standards
• Leads Schematic Design, Design Development, Documentation, and Implementation.
• Directs Assistant Project Managers to support project timeline and deliverables, makes
primary selections.
• Independently maintains project tracking, initiates momentum and ensures a WOW client
experience.
• Schedules and attends field measures, installations, and deliveries
• Works within LYSHD process and standards and identifies improvement opportunities
• Develops content of procurement proposals and tracks progress with clients
• Communicate clearly and succinctly with the design team, clients, and vendors
• Accurately select, document, and specify furnishings and construction materials
• Organize, maintain, and manage detailed documentation per established process
• Follow up and follow through with all details of the design process
• Own client communication- follow up and follow through on client requests
• Maintain project knowledge and track revisions and accuracy
• Produce, manage, and execute deadlines and deliverables of multiple projects at various
stages simultaneously
• Lead schematic design development and documentation

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• NCIDQ Certification preferred
• Preferred 10 years of relevant experience in interior design (minimum of 5 years required)
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture

• Effective, concise, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and AutoCAD
• Proven ability to scale selections, read and comprehend architectural and/or interior design
floor plans and elevations
• Must have a positive attitude and sense of urgency to meet and exceed expectations
• Relentless attention to detail, quality, momentum, and precision
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Effective knowledge and use of design vernacular
• Ability to take full ownership of projects and knows what to delegate when necessary.
• Self-starter with initiative to identify, develop, and implement solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects and responsibilities.

• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, be resourceful, use good judgment, and exhibit self-
confidence.
