Job Summary:
Associate Designer will play a key role in assisting with the design and development of legwear collections, translating trends and concepts into innovative, marketable products that resonate with our target audience.

Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop original designs for legwear collections, incorporating market trends, brand identity, and consumer preferences.
• Create detailed sketches and CAD renderings of legwear designs, considering fit, proportion, construction, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with product development and sample teams to create prototypes and samples of legwear designs, providing input on fit, construction, and aesthetic details.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and tech packs for legwear designs, communicating design details and requirements to vendors and manufacturers.
• In-put styles and Tech Packs into companywide ERP (Exenta) system.
• Tag and organize samples for market and meetings.
• Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on legwear or related categories preferred.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and innovative legwear designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software.
• Knowledge of garment construction, patternmaking, and textile fundamentals.
• Excellent sketching and rendering skills, with a keen eye for detail and proportion.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings in the fashion industry.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for fashion and a creative mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, trend-forward designs.
