You are user-centric designer who cares about travelers and Globaleur's missions2. You are creative and curious, willing to try and test new ideas, not afraid of failure, think out of the box3. You are responsible for your projects, your customers and clients with great work ethics4. Attention to details, like to think, observe and discover (critical-thinking skills)5. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders6. Like to talk with your customers, co-workers, and clients, and ask for feedbacks7. Fast learner, not afraid of new challenges with positive attitudeSkills:1. Have 2 years + experience of UI/UX design in responsive web app, for example, you can: Quickly come up a few mockups based on ideas, able to analyze each option; Able to do research and think independently to develop your stories and designs; Always follow up with the latest design trends and test them out; Keep consistency in your design; Able to gather user feedbacks and make improvements2. Great time-management, planning and organization skills3. Understand the product development cycle4. Skilled with design tools such as Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.5. Have at least bachelor degree6. Business English at least (if your English is not that good, it is okay)Nice if you are:1. Have technical background2. Managed digital products in the past3. Open to business travel, sometimes, it maybe a few months, but it is not so important if you cannot travel4. Fluent in another language5. Have many travel experiences in the past, or you were in the travel industry6. Leadership experience in the past7. Have client-facing experience in the past8.
