CNC Agency, a full-service marketing agency, offers experiential and retail programming, mobile tours, live events, branded merchandise, partnerships, content, PR and more.We're looking for an experienced, 3D / Experiential Designer in a part time capacity. You will design physical spaces and promotional materials for all of our brand partners. We're looking for someone who can take initiative in the ideation, creation, and execution phases on a variety of projects.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreation of renderings and floorplans for specific projectsStrong process skills such as: mood boards, floor plans, technical and materials specs, 3D rendersDevelop design documents and final production-ready artworkCreate client presentations that communicate experiential brand strategies and designsVisualize ideas in two and three dimensionsCreate design intent documents and final production-ready artworkVisualize ideas in two and three dimensionsMeet deliverables, timelines and budgets of various projects in collaboration with managerInteract professionally with clients and teamStay current on trends and developments in branding, design, marketing, technologyQualifications 2-4 years experience in 3D designExperience in interior or environmental designExperience with creative print production processesEfficient and effective at Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, CAD tools (SketchUp or other 3D software a plus)A deep knowledge of grid systems, typography, color, composition, and layoutDesire to improve upon the way experiential events are typically run/designedComfortable iterating quickly and communicating ideas across different levels of fidelityComfortable jumping between multiple projects with easePast experience in working closely with fabricators for on site builds
