Collaborating with design, business, and product development teams, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and functional user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You will lead core initiatives in the Supply Chain Execution space, focusing on areas such as Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Retail, eCommerce, and more.In this role, you will be involved in the full design cycle, from gathering insights and concept design to final delivery. You will work closely with the Platform UX team, leveraging components from the existing Luminate design system. Your responsibilities will include understanding user needs, validating concepts, and rapidly iterating on designs. You will also have the opportunity to measure success through user feedback and continuously improve the user experience.As a Product Designer, you should be self-directed, highly organized, and detail-oriented. You should have a passion for understanding users and creating innovative design solutions. Your ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, mentor team members, and provide design leadership will be crucial to your success.What you’ll need:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience8+ years of experience in UX design or a similar roleStrong portfolio demonstrating the ability to apply user-centered design solutions to create value for customers and deliver real business resultsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExperience working with and contributing to Design Systems that make our products visually cohesive and function as part of the same ecosystemExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineersStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationaleNice-to-Have Qualifications:Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience designing for enterprise-scale software solutions in the supply chain industry or related domainsFamiliarity with data-centric analytical or intelligent applicationsAbility to prototype solutions using tools like InVision, Proto.io, or AxureKnowledge of visual design principles, typography, and graphic designExperience conducting user research, running studies, or collaborating with researchersHistory of working with engineers to implement and test design solutionsExperience designing cross-platform experiences for web and mobileIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
