The Senior Graphic Designer will manage our visual design concepts across multiple brands and is an integral part of bringing our mission and vision to life. This role will manage all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas. You will be responsible for bringing design solutions to life within the RSG brand parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create top-notch visual design concepts that resonate with our target audience, generating fresh concepts and content
- Conceptualize and execute original creative campaigns to be published across our channels. Manage the design and development from concept to completion of creative materials with scale in mind
- Ensure all design elements align with the brands CI from the conception to final delivery
- Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously across all brands and support various design needs at any stage of a campaign
- Liaise between various departments, from marketing to design, ensuring deadlines are in a timely manner, all while ensuring your projects are completed
- Oversee and collaborate on a variety of projects and marketing assets across all digital platforms and print formats, including but not limited to, presentations, social templates, direct mails, flyers, doorhangers, wild posters, OOH advertisement, banners, and digital ads
- Build final print ready files, and see elements through the print production process to ensure design integrity, color accuracy and image quality are met
- Develop bespoke brand styles and visual designs as well as working on templated deliverables
- Maintain an accurate and current library of brand assets
- All other tasks as assigned
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design and art production at digital agency or relevant brand. Prior experience in fitness, lifestyle, or retail industry is high preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in visual design, graphic design, or related field preferred.
- Broad understanding of current culture or trends in film, music, art, fashion, food & drink, travel, and fitness. A keen understanding of local market, and creative and cultural nuances
- Experience in packaging design is a plus. Experience in video editing is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department
- A keen and critical eye for framing, composition, color, lighting, design, style, and impact with excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative nature with finesse in developing relationships cross-functionally and the ability to quickly create concepts and/or mock-ups to communicate complex ideas
- Must be a problem solver who is able to navigate new projects and assignments
- Must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to execute tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment. Able to work under a tight deadline
- A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who brings strong design aesthetic and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial sales environment
- Must be flexible in availability to work and schedules and reliable team player internally and externally
