Graphic Designer Job at SCOPOS Hospitality Group in Ephrata

In search of a part-time to full-time team member ON SITE IN EPHRATA, PA.

Mid-level graphic design position available in growing culinary design firm in Ephrata, Pa. Translate art direction into on-trend branding and complete design concepts quickly and efficiently for restaurants and other dining venues. Create Logos, signage, large-scale wall graphics, menus, digital templates, and printed paper goods for a variety of food service experiences. Signage design experience is a big plus. Ability to translate branding into PowerPoint presentations that provide design direction and convey concepts clearly and concisely.

Excellent sense of color and interior design trends are important. Work with the interior design team to introduce branding components into the décor of new dining venues.

Looking for a creative with great organization and communication skills. Someone who knows how to receive art direction and produce next-level “wow” quickly and efficiently. Attention to detail is important.

Other duties may include updating the website and creating social media posts as needed. Technical WordPress skills and social media marketing are desirable, but not required.

$20 - $50 hourly

• Develop design direction presentations for food service projects  
• translate art direction into food service branding: logos, signage, large-scale wall graphics, menus, digital templates, and paper products 
• Identify and schedule project needs & deliverables 
• Ensure and maintain quality control of company design standards 
• Produce artwork, smallwares, uniforms, paper goods, and signage selection packages for procurement/fabrication/installation
• Update Bitrix, our online website for branding, as needed
• Manage communication with clients and product representatives

BRANDING TEAM MANAGEMENT:  

• This position reports to Art Director
• Engage internally with monthly check-ins 
• record time tracking for all projects  

Required:

• Mastery of Adobe Suite products, (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Powerpoint
• Demonstrated portfolio showing creative, design, technical, and software skills
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work collaboratively under pressure
• Ability to create files specific for web applications, offset, and digital printing
