A qualified candidate for the position of Motion Graphics Designer will have 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design and animation in an ad agency or production studio environment. Our ideal candidate will be extremely self-motivated, driven, committed and a dedicated team player.Candidates must submit a digital portfolio in addition to their application to be considered.Successful candidates will have the following:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, or comparable field3+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design and/or art directionCreative content design including but not limited to: After Effects/Motion Graphics; Video Editing/Production; Web Banners and Web GraphicsProficient/Knowledgeable in: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierComfortable working in non-traditional screen sizesAbility to track multiple files and maintain version control alongside fast-paced revision requestsExcel in the creation of video/artwork that applies strategic marketing/branding for multiple brands3D modeling/rendering experience a plusAudio Experience a plusAbility to effectively communicate with our internal company departments and external clientsExperience preparing final video product for upload to clientsAble to self-manage, work independently, and meet client expectations and deadlinesLife-long learning spirit and hunger to take on new challengesMust embody the Unbridled brand and culture: character, change, credibility, and communityWhat you would be doing at Unbridled:Animate and edit full show packages for live events – opens, transitions, title sequences, looping backgrounds, etcStoryboard and develop concepts for various unique motion content piecesAnimate, design, concept and edit short form content piecesProperly navigate compression and format needs for live broadcast, web, email etc.Possess superior design skills, with an ability to tell a story visually in a wide variety of styles and aestheticsAbility to adapt to various company brands and represent each in their voice and styleManage ongoing projects simultaneously.Travel 6-10 times a year for 5-7 days at a time as on-site animator for final edits and renders.Comprehensive Benefits PackageUnbridled provides a comprehensive benefits package to all Unbridled employees, as well as other perks and work-life integration.
