The UI/UX Designer requires flexibility and adaptability, as the role demands the ability to pivot quickly. The incumbent will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be comfortable shifting focus between various tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-centered interfaces for our e-commerce website and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital platforms.
• Work with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Create and maintain design guidelines, ensuring a cohesive look and feel throughout our digital assets.
• Participate in regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
