UX Designer- Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, high-fidelity design toolkits. This involves translating conceptual ideas into user-friendly templates, building smaller components (e.g., buttons, cards), and assembling them into reusable larger templates. Additionally, you'll write comprehensive documentation on the use of design components, including best practices, dos, and don'ts.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation and optimal usability of design components.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine toolkits with reusable components and templates.
• Translate conceptual component-level ideas into high-fidelity, user-friendly designs.
• Write detailed documentation on the usage, structure, and constraints of design components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address design needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain design system integrity by adhering to established guidelines and avoiding design debt.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in UX/UI design or related field.
• Proficiency in software design and development.
• Expertise in UI development and data-driven design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the following:
• Component-level design best practices.
• Auto Layouts, constraints, and design documentation.

Must have skill:

• 5+ years of experience writing clear and comprehensive documentation for design systems.
• 5+ years of solid understanding and implementation of design systems.
• 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like Auto Layout and Variable tier structures.
