Job Title: Mechanical DrafterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing ductwork, piping, and HVAC systems for commercial and hospitality projects. You will also develop layouts in AutoCAD for electrical circuits and systems for power distribution and mechanical systems, perform local site surveys, and mark up current floor plans. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesDesign ductwork, piping, and HVAC systems for commercial and hospitality projects.Develop layouts in AutoCAD for electrical circuits and systems for power distribution and mechanical systems.Perform local site surveys of mechanical and electrical layouts.Mark up current floor plans.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Experience in MEP drafting and designing ductwork and piping systems.1+ years of experience in mechanical drafting and design.Minimum of a CAD certificate.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Revit.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Experience is more valuable than a degree.P.E. reimbursements available.Work EnvironmentThe company offers a family-owned atmosphere with a commitment to growth and development.
