They bring high energy and a strong desire to help customers understand the Rev.io platforms and how to best use software to benefit their organization. This person has a passion for innovation and looks for creative ways to make the training offerings engaging and effective. They have experience designing learning content and managing an LMS. They monitor industry trends and are willing to try new techniques and programs. They have the ability to help end users gain a strong understanding of the software using training tools and methods.   Responsibilities:  Collaborate with management and team leads to identify company training needs   Research, create and produce all training content, guides, collateral, scripts, tutorials, and videos required for training   Maintain training class schedules and class communications  Create training modules, courses and learning paths for our software to be used in the application for onboarding and training clients.  Provide recorded and live training sessions, webinars, and seminars to clients and staff, both online and in person   Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, quizzes, surveys, and presentations   Process customer inquiries for training subscriptions and certifications using Zendesk  Maintain internal Learning Management System and in-app Help Center   Work with product team to produce and coordinate release notes following each release  Perform content and documentation maintenance on courses and coordinate with other team members to maintain integrity between all training platforms (Elev.io, Camtasia, SharePoint, ReleaseNotes.io, and Litmos)  Gain a proven understanding of the Rev.io products and be capable of answering a range of questions from clients during their training and prospects during the sales process and onboarding  Work closely with clients to understand and customize training content to meet their needs during custom engagements   Deliver training sessions at large scale live events, including Rev.io’s Annual Client Summit  Collaborate with and work alongside team members on a range of internal projects on ad-hoc basis   Requirements   Have 3+ years of experience creating training and customer onboarding content Have professional working experience with Litmos, Elev.io, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint and/or equivalent tools.   Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and be extremely detail oriented Excellent writing and editing skills  Excellent time management and organizational skills   Impeccable customer service skills   Excellent problem solving and analytical skills   Must have the ability to work independently   Experience in SaaS training is a bonus   Experience in the communications industry is a bonus   Proficient in video conferencing software (Microsoft Teams or similar)   Proficient in video editing software (Camtasia or similar)   Proficient in managing an LMS system (Litmos or similar) including course creation  Technical fluency / experience working with SaaS products   Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications   Benefits and Perks:  Generous HSA employer contribution   401k with generous company match and immediate vesting  Unlimited PTO  Paid Parental Leave  Company paid for life and disability insurance  Monthly tech reimbursement  Monthly fitness reimbursement  Education and development stipend  Time off to volunteer at the organization of your choice, as well as company-level volunteer opportunities  Clear and documented career path for your position  True open-door policy with opportunities to give feedback to leadership on a continual basis through 1:1 sessions multiple times per year  At Rev.io no employee or applicant will be treated less favorably on the grounds of their sex, marital status, race, color, nationality or ethnic or national origin, disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, pregnancy or maternity, marital or civil partner status, or religion or belief.
