Are you a highly talented, ambitious Senior Graphic Designer looking for an exciting opportunity where you can make an impact every day and accelerate the next step in your career to Creative Director?  If so, then we should talk.  Paynuity is an early-stage payments technology company looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team based in downtown Orlando, FL.   

 

We are a full-service, "white-label" payment processor and card issuance company that provides financial institutions a suite of innovative secure payment services, such as authorizing, settling, and acquiring credit/debit transactions, card issuance for banking clients, and AI/ML based real-time actionable data intelligence and data insights as a service.

Areas of expertise 

 

Creative direction, senior-level graphic design, brand development, project management, advertising and social media campaign development, social media management, information graphics and data visualization, marketing collateral, event and tradeshow collateral, print, and web design. 

 

Position Overview 

 

Utilize skills to make high-level creative decisions, oversee projects, and develop visual assets across multiple brands. Ensuring brand consistency and messaging throughout various products including advertisements, marketing materials, social media, websites, event collateral, and presentation materials. 

 

  • Hire and manage freelance web design and development teams via UpWork. Duties include writing project briefs, creating content outlines, establishing project milestones, developing style guidelines, and designing wireframes, page mock-ups, and graphic assets.

 

  • Lead brand development projects including conducting market research, value propositions, logo design, style guidelines, creating brand assets, and overseeing website design and development.

 

  • Work directly with CEO and Founder to define the brand’s narrative and develop pitch decks and other high-level investor presentation materials.

 

  • Work with the sales team to identify needs and develop marketing assets including landing pages, product one-sheets, pitch decks, and email marketing campaigns.

 

  • Plan, design, and coordinates the production of tradeshow and event collateral including table displays, banners, marketing materials, give-a-away items, clothing, landing pages, and promotional email campaign announcements.

 

  • Familiarity with the trademarking process, business classifications, working with intellectual property lawyers, and submitting logos for Patent and Trademark Office searches. 

 

  • Coordinates the writing of feature articles for CIO Review Magazine and Top100 Magazine. Duties include working with the magazine’s editorial teams, reviewing copy, and ensuring the brand narrative is accurately presented.

 

  • Possess an understanding of website design and development. Has the ability to create wireframes and page design mock ups

Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom 

Technology: Figma, WordPress, Elementor, HubSpot Marketing Tools, MailChimp, Social Bee, Basecamp, Trello, Notion 

Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams 

Video Conferencing: Go-To-Meeting, Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams 

Additional Skills: Project management, brand development, UI/UX wireframing, SEO familiarity, logo design, photography, photo editing, copywriting, typography, custom type design, illustration, print production, publication design, file management, 508 compliance, social media content calendars, written communication skills, conceptualizing and communicating abstract ideas. 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience (4+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a fintech filed or similar industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, layout and typography, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and thrive in a deadline driven setting
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
